Super 8 by Wyndham Elizabethtown

We are traveling and needed a quick overnight stop. There were no other places around. Read some reviews that were mixed but said we have to stay there. The front desk guy was great and friendly. The room was big for a motel. Refrig, microwave and small coffee pot all worked great. It was clean and very safe. Beds were fine, we were exhausted. I'm not an overly critical person, .

The bathroom in our room had been recently remodeled. Very nice to have a pristine bathroom. Elizabethtown was a great place to visit. Cute, old, historic, with a great bar and great pizza.

The desk clerk listened to my request for a first floor room and changed my booking from a queen room to a king room to make that possible, and did not charge extra. Breakfast was minimal, but we were able to bring our leftovers from supper to the dining room to heat it up, sit at a table, and use their plates and utensils to make a comfortable meal.
